Woodturning
Whether you're considering this course and have never tried woodturning, or you're already started, I guarantee you'll learn something new in this course.
Maple Vessel
More than a bowl, but not a vase. Vessels are hollowed out forms. They can be ornamental like a piece of art or more functional, like a keeper of love notes, jewelry, or other treasures.
Maple Vase w/ Epoxy
This piece of maple was badly cracked. But instead of throwing it in the fireplace I used epoxy to highlight the "defect."
Maple Plate with Stripes
In woodturning the possibilities are endless. You can make a plate (pictured above), a bowl, a pen, a vase, ornaments, table legs, baseball bats, stair railings, and so much more.
